The Emotion AI conference: Call for Speakers, CX Emotion, 20 June in London

CX Emotion is a new conference, tacking emotion in Customer Experience — emotion technologies, solutions, and business impact — taking place 20 June 2019 in London. If your work involves the mood of the market — consumers, media, online, and social — emotion in text, speech, video, and bots — this conference is for you.

Please consider submitting a speaking proposal, on a business application or a technical topic. Whether you’re a business visionary, experienced user, technologist, or consultant, we welcome your proposal. Submit online at cx-emotion.com/call. Help us build on our record of bringing attendees useful, informative, technical and business insights and guidance and a great conference experience. (CX Emotion is a successor to the Sentiment Analysis Symposium, held annually in New York, 2010-18.) Please submit by 22 March. We will consider late proposals on a space-available basis.

We’re inviting talks that focus on customer experience, brand strategy, market research, media, and social insights. On the tech side, show off what you know about emotion AI, behavioural analytics, natural language processing, machine learning, speech and text analytics, and the data economy.

Please help us create a great conference! Submit your proposal by March 22 for a full-length presentation, a panel, or a 5-minute lightning talk. And then we’ll see you 20 June at our fabulous St. Martin in the Fields venue, just off Trafalgar Square.

And if you represent a solution provider, agency, or consultancy in customer experience, market research, media, social analytics, NLP, or AI, please consider sponsoring CX Emotion or submitting a lightning-talk proposal! Send organizer Seth Grimes a note at sas@altaplana.com.

If you’re not up for speaking but would like to benefit from an extra-deep pre-launch discount, register online by 29 March. And follow CX Emotion on Twitter at @CXemotion.
