CXpalooza: Your 2017 Customer Experience Conference Directory

Are you into customer experience, the study and improvement of brand-customer interactions? I am, so I track a variety of CX authorities and solution providers. I lean on their expertise, customer stories, and data for my own work, which centers on industry applications of text, sentiment, and emotion analysis technologies.

Conferences are a great source of industry insight, noting that you can’t attend them all. You wouldn’t be welcome at some — maybe you work for a solution provider’s competitor? — but you can still mine the speaker lists and view the presentations (post conference, or go back to previous years’ sites) for competitive positioning purposes. Myself, I additionally keep tabs on industry events because I run one of my own, the Sentiment Analysis Symposium (tagline: Emotion—Influence—Activation), this year June 27-28 in New York. Missing in Action

I did my best, but I’m sure I missed events that belong on the list. What I looked for but didn’t find: Anything from ClickFox, Convergys, LivePerson, PeopleMetrics, Questback, Rant & Rave (whose 2016 Customer Experience Raveolution was late in the year, in November), or ResponseTek, in 2017. No date is published for CMSWire’s DX Summit 2017. Otherwise, if I missed your event (and it fits!), send me a note and I’ll add it.
